RETURNS

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.

Incorrect Address

If the provided shipping address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
